Every SoftoChain hosting account comes with SC Panel, our control panel based on HestiaCP. This guide walks you through the first things to do after your account is created.
1. Open SC Panel#
After payment, your hosting account is created automatically and the login details are sent to your email. You can also open the panel from the client area: go to Services, choose your hosting plan and click Login to SC Panel.
2. Add your website#
Open Web and add your domain. Each plan includes up to 10 websites, so you can host more than one domain on the same account. If your domain does not point to us yet, follow our guide Connect your domain to SoftoChain.
3. Turn on free SSL#
Free Let's Encrypt SSL certificates are issued automatically once your domain points to our server. The website list shows the SSL state of every host name, and you can enable SSL for the website and its mail with one click.
4. Install WordPress or another app#
Use Quick Install to set up WordPress, Laravel and other popular apps without uploading files by hand. The installer creates the database for you.
5. Create email accounts#
Each plan includes up to 50 email accounts. Create them under Mail, then open webmail with one click from the panel, without typing the mailbox password again.
6. Databases#
You can create up to 20 databases. MariaDB is available on every plan, and phpMyAdmin opens from the panel.
Other useful tools#
- Staging: copy your site to
staging.yourdomain.com, test changes, then push them live. - Git deploy: connect a Git repository and deploy with a webhook.
- Speed: clear the page, object and application cache of your site.
- PHP 8.4 and 8.5, Node.js 22 and 24, cron jobs and a web terminal.
- Daily backups run automatically, and the last 3 are kept.
