Support ticket#
If you are a customer, log in to the client area, open Support and click New Ticket. Tickets keep the whole conversation in one place and let us verify your account before we change anything on your services.
What to include#
- Your domain name or the service you are asking about
- What you were trying to do and what happened instead
- A screenshot of any error message
- For payment questions: the transaction ID from bKash, Nagad or Rocket
