How to point your domain to SoftoChain

Your domain must point to our server before your website and free SSL work. Choose one of the two methods below.

Method 1: Use our nameservers (recommended)#

At the company where you bought the domain, change the nameservers to:

• ns1.softochain.com


• ns2.softochain.com

DNS for your domain is then managed in SC Panel, including website and email records.

Method 2: Keep your DNS and add A records#

If you use our email, also add the mail records shown in SC Panel for your domain.

How long it takes#

DNS changes usually work within a few hours but can take up to 48 hours. When the domain points to us, the free Let's Encrypt SSL certificate is issued automatically, usually within about 30 minutes.
