When is my hosting account ready?

Shared and reseller hosting accounts are created automatically by our billing system as soon as the payment is confirmed. The SC Panel login details are sent to the email address on your account.
Cloud VPS orders are set up after the order is confirmed.
Did not receive the email?#
- Check your spam or promotions folder.
- In the client area, open Services to see the status of your order and to log in to SC Panel directly.
- If the invoice still shows unpaid after you paid, send us the transaction ID on WhatsApp or by email to support@softochain.com.
